Live SPIM

ADM developed a High Resolution Light Sheet Fluorescence Microcope, or SPIM, for Live Imaging of living organisms (e.g. embryos).

The system is now available to internal and external users and features double sided illumination, 4 excitation lasers (405, 488, 561, 638),

detection objective lenses from 10x to 100x (Water dipping lenses), fast piezo Z-stacks, SCMOS camera technology and other customs options.
